This is a dynamic, customer-centric role for a finance professional who excels at commercial thinking and building strong relationships across all levels of management.Your key role will be to support and partner with the Beer Merchandise team to drive business performance goals.
You will act as an experienced storyteller and influencer, partnering closely with the Merchandise Team on all commercial decision-making.

Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:As the Finance Business Partner - Commercial (Beer), you will:Own and manage weekly and monthly performance reporting insights, clearly communicating key performance drivers.Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on category pricing, ranging, promotional activities, and supplier contracts.Proactively communicate commercial impacts of past and future activities amongst stakeholders.Develop initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of category Sales and Profit performance.Support strategic and project analysis to drive improved returns on capital investments and business initiatives.Proactively work with key stakeholders to optimise ways of working.Own the P&L and associated commentary for the category.Play a key role in the forecast and budget processes for the category.What do we need from youNow let's talk about you:Clear and effective communication across multiple groups of stakeholders.At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (post-graduate roles).
CA/CPA qualification is required.Advanced experience using financial systems in a commercial environment (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to navigate a complex organisational structure and work effectively cross-functionally.Strong presentation and storyboarding skills.Advanced time management and prioritisation skills.Ability to communicate complex financial information simplistically.Desire for ongoing continuous improvement and process excellence.The benefits are good too
