Paisano & Daughters is a family‑owned group of four vibrant, adjoining venues in Newtown — Continental Delicatessen, Mister Grotto, Osteria Mucca and Joe's Tavern — all known for warm service, great drinks and a genuine love of hospitality. We're looking for an experienced bartender who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in a busy, energetic environment.
As part of our bar team, you'll work across multiple venues, each with its own personality, but all sharing the same commitment to quality, teamwork and looking after our guests. From classic cocktails to considered wine service, you'll bring confidence, consistency and a genuine passion for the craft.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines and spirits with accuracy and consistency
* Maintaining smooth and efficient bar operations during busy services
* Working closely with the team to deliver warm, attentive and relaxed service
* Managing bar prep, stock rotation and inventory to keep everything running seamlessly
* Upholding all operational procedures and contributing to a clean, organised bar
* Supporting a positive, respectful and inclusive team culture
What We're Looking For
* Strong bartending experience in fast‑paced venues
* Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques
* Ability to stay calm, organised and friendly during busy shifts
* Commitment to great service and genuine hospitality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining a well‑run bar
