Key Responsibilities
 * Provide clinical leadership across acute services
 * Deliver expert social work services for complex cases
 * Supervise and mentor staff and students

 * Contribute to service improvement and innovation
Skills & Experience
 * Accredited Social Work qualification and AASW membership
 * Strong clinical and leadership capability
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
 * Sound knowledge of current healthcare practices and systems
