About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support across APAC, ensuring seamless operation of our body composition machines.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Linux operating systems and hardware repair, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain our machines, coordinate repairs and parts with distributors and service partners, and maintain proactive communication with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and Repair Machines: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our body composition machines running on Linux systems.
* Provide Technical Support: Offer remote triaging and troubleshooting via phone, email, and video call to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
* Coordinate Repairs: Manage the repair process, including coordinating with distributors, technicians, and service partners to ensure efficient and effective repair timelines.
* Process Warranty Claims: Handle warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
* Maintain Proactive Communication: Keep customers and partners informed of repair progress and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and trust.


Skills & Experience:

* Solid Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and hardware repair.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and partners.
* Experience in Warranty Processes: Familiarity with managing warranty processes and liaising with third-party service partners.
* Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet service timelines in a fast-paced environment.
