Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst with 1st and 2nd level support for Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all IT related issues and queries
Providing IT Support over the phone, emails and face to face
Respond, log, triage, and conduct troubleshooting to all first level IT Service Requests and Incidents within agreed service level agreement.
User Administration - on-boarding and off boarding.
1st level support for Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.
Participate in various projects and IT initiatives.
Key Skills Required:
Previous experience in a Service Desk Analyst role
Experience in supporting Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.
Experience in a customer-facing technology role.
Experience in Active Directory for managing users and groups
Competent in troubleshooting Mobile Devices such as iPhones, iPads.
Experience in troubleshooting physical and virtual desktop, laptop, phone, servers, printers, and network
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced continuously evolving environment to achieve outcomes
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
