Job Description:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients of various ages to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
You will be responsible for delivering assessments, interventions, and programs that cater to the unique needs of each client. This may include functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology and home modifications, skill and capacity building programs, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized intervention plans
* Deliver high-quality interventions and programs to support client goals and outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration or pending
* A car and driver's license
* Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Check
* A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals
