We currently have an exciting employment opportunity for a **Human Resource** **Officer **to join our dynamic Team in Belmont office. This is a full-time position.
- Duties will include:_
- Maintain strong relationships with all support workers.
- A hands-on approach to all employee training.
- Developing skills of our support workers and maintaining accurate training records.
- Working within both the Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards.
- Facilitate, deliver, evaluate and support internal training and development of programs.
- Identifying training opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualification in Human Resources (_or previous experience in a recruitment and_ _induction role_).
- Understanding of funding streams in respect of disability and aged care support workers (_or willingness to learn_).
- Experience in the development, delivery and review of professional development or learning and development programs.
- Ability to conduct both online and face to face interviews.
- Sound administrative skills with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in a similar position preferred
- Strong initiative, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience and exposure in interpreting employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Current National Police Check
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- The Right to Work in Australia.
