**The Company**

**The Role**
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will see you coordinating the workflow of technicians and scheduling contractors to complete tickets of work Australia wide.
**Duties**:
- Scheduling technicians
- Coordination of stock and parts
- Correspondence with technicians regarding job allocation, instructions, performance and OH&S requirements
- Follow up on incomplete or problematic jobs to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong coordination skills
- Proven experience in scheduling / rostering a workforce
- The ability to work to weighted KPIs
