As an
Audit Manager
in our Ballarat office, you'll play a pivotal role in leading audit engagements, developing client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where your ideas matter and your growth is a priority.
About you:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing multiple audit engagements across a variety of sectors
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Coaching and developing junior team members
* Identifying and resolving technical accounting and audit issues
* Contributing to business development, tenders, and presentations
* Collaborating with Partners and Directors on business unit strategy and operations
