Front Office Receptionist – 12-Month Contract with view to Perm – Melbourne

Our client is seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join their team in Melbourne for a 12-month contract to then convert to Perm! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and customer service skills to be the face of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee front office/reception area and telephone

• Greet visitors and assist them with signing in via visitor management systems

• Pre-Register visitors on VMS

• Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies

• Manage access/security passes for staff/visitors

• Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages

• Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new joiners and leavers

• Liaise with Building Management Security to notify them of any onsite contractor visits / catering deliveries etc

• Assist with setting up for Events in the office

• Monitor the Reception inboxes and pass on email messages

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Providing assistance to general enquiries and maintaining safety and security protocols

• Assisting transfers with Mobility etc and assisting broader AUNZ CRES Team with any project work, specific tasks

• Inducting of New Employees

About You:

* Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
* A professional and welcoming attitude

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based in the office .
