No two days will look the same.What You'll Be DoingCraft and execute tailored change management strategies that align with project and organisational goalsConduct impact assessments and deep stakeholder analysis to guide engagement and communicationDesign and deliver compelling communication, engagement, and training plans that drive adoptionWork closely with project teams, business units, and senior leaders to embed new ways of workingTrack, measure, and report on readiness, risks and resistance throughout the transformation lifecycleInfluence, coach, and guide stakeholders through periods of uncertainty and changeWhere Your Experience Will ShineWe're particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:Utilities sector– supporting change across large operational or infrastructure-focused environmentsFinance transformation– navigating system upgrades, regulatory change, or finance process redesignOperating model transformation– shaping structure, capability, and process optimisation initiativesWhat You BringExceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capabilityThe ability to juggle competing priorities in complex, evolving environmentsStrong analytical skills and the confidence to make evidence-based recommendationsFamiliarity with contemporary change frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Agile change, etc.)A proactive mindset and the ability to build trust quickly across all organisational levelsQualificationsCertification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)Project Management experience or credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)We have multiple opportunities available in Perth and Darwin.
