Our team provides valuations of businesses, intangible assets, and many types of hybrid financial assets for taxation, strategy, regulatory, M&A (and transactions), accounting, and litigation purposes.
We perform detailed financial analysis assessing value drivers and summarise our findings in reports meeting the highest quality standards required by clients, investors, regulators, tax authorities boards audit teams and courts.
About The Role
* You will execute a wide range of valuation engagements for various purposes including taxation strategy regulation M&A accounting and litigation
* You will support day-to-day engagement execution from beginning to completion interacting with clients financiers auditors tax advisors legal advisers undertaking company industry research performing financial ratio comparative analysis composing clear concise written reports assisting senior team members with business development activities developing financial models reporting templates contributing to FTI initiatives team development activities
