Senior Agribusiness Manager
, you will join
the Agribusiness team
that's doubling down on
customer obsession
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key agribusiness clients and referral partners
* Deliver fully integrated financial solutions and risk management strategies
* Drive new business acquisition and implement innovative sales campaigns
* Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to enhance market presence
* Influence strategic direction and contribute to annual business planning
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Significant experience in agribusiness banking, with a strong track record in portfolio and relationship management
* Deep understanding of agribusiness financial services, products, and risk management
* Proven ability to assess economic value and credit risk in complex lending scenarios
* Strong networking, sales, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Degree qualified, ideally with a postgraduate professional qualification
