Job Description
As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in leading various consultancy projects for our infrastructure clients. Your expertise will be utilized to provide technical advice and support the delivery of transformational programs.
You will identify opportunities to grow our presence in the power sector and work collaboratively with global colleagues to deliver high-quality work. This role also includes line management responsibilities and mentoring junior consultants.
Short-term travel across Australia and New Zealand may be required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree-level qualification in engineering, business, economics, or a related field is preferred;
* Significant experience working in the power sector in Australia, particularly in generation, distribution, or transmission;
* Proven understanding of sector challenges and opportunities in Australia and New Zealand;
* Leadership skills, including performance management and mentoring;
* Strong professional networks developed through proactive industry engagement and membership in relevant bodies;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Experience in business planning, commercial management, risk management, and strategic planning;
