Our company is a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability support services, dedicated to helping people live independently in their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Homecare Support Workers.
Job Description
As a Community Homecare Support Worker, you will be responsible for traveling between clients' homes and providing person-centred care. Your duties may include:
* Domestic Assistance: Light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Social Support & Transportation: Assisting with social activities, shopping, and medical appointments.
* Personal & Mobility Support: Aiding clients with mobility aids such as standing or walking frames and wheelchairs.
* Health & Well-being Monitoring: Observing clients' well-being and reporting progress.
* Care Plan Support: Helping clients achieve their goals as outlined in their care plans.
Work Hours: Services are generally scheduled between 6 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
What You Will Need:
* Australian Federal Police Clearance.
* Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required).
* Smartphone with internet access.
* Valid Working Rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
