* Clerk Grade 9/10 starting at $129,464 + super & leave
* Temporary up to 30 June 2027 – with possibility of extension
* Location: Willing to consider candidates in any NSW location
* Multiple temporary roles available under Regional Programs & Partnerships

About the Division

The role of the Regional Programs & Partnerships (RPP) Division is to lead, design and deliver sustainable and strategic investment through programs that support and provide benefits to communities and economies across regional NSW. The team is responsible for end‐to‐end grants administration and contract management and delivers a work program of evaluation and economic analysis to provide strategic insights that support the investment, design and delivery of future programs.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Program Officer to coordinate the design, delivery and governance of regional grant programs, projects and outcomes that align with government priorities.

In this key role, you'll

* Coordinate the delivery of complex programs and funding initiatives from planning and assessment through to evaluation.
* Provide high‐quality advice to managers and stakeholders on program performance, risks and outcomes.
* Monitor budgets and targets to ensure effective and compliant use of public funds.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships across government, industry and community organisations.
* Support continuous improvement of program governance, administration and reporting processes.

About You

You're a skilled project and program professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi‐stakeholder environment. You bring:

* Demonstrated experience in program or project coordination, preferably within government or grant administration.
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
* Experience leading or mentoring team members to deliver high‐quality outcomes.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
