Role Purpose
To work within the Community & Support Services team, recommending suitable Tunstall products and services, and delivering high-quality customer service to community, government, and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a primary contact via phone and email for product and service inquiries
2. Assist clients and stakeholders with onboarding new alarms
3. Handle calls and online inquiries from current and prospective clients
4. Complete all documentation and administrative tasks accurately
5. Recommend appropriate products, explaining their functions to clients
6. Respond to alarm inquiries for new customers
7. Troubleshoot non-urgent medical alarm issues
