**Security Officers (FIFO) - 14/7 Roster**

We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team working on a FIFO site on a full-time basis.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing security services company providing services to an exciting infrastructure project.
This site is in Regional NSW, and offers _**14 days on, 7 days off roster. Accommodation and Meals are provided**_**.** All you need to do is get there
**What You'll Be Doing**
- _Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets_
- _Responding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a professional and timely manner_
- _Conducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff & contractors_
- _Maintaining detailed incident and shift logs_
- _Adhering to all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation_
- _Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders_
**What We're Looking For**
- _Minimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar role_
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team_
- _Proactive and vigilant approach to security_
- _Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills_
- _Ability to work the _
- _A commitment to providing exceptional customer service_
- _Outstanding (verbal and written) English language and communication skills_
- _Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously on the 14 days on, 7 days off roster_

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
