Driving business growth across Queensland requires a unique blend of skills and experience. As QLD State Manager, you will oversee key relationships in Brisbane South, Gold Coast, and Northern New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise revenue by expanding existing partnerships and developing new sales opportunities.
* Represent the company in commercial project tenders, collaborating with stakeholders to provide tailored solar and energy storage solutions.
* Deliver in-depth product training, sales updates, and technical support to clients through face-to-face meetings, online presentations, and events.
* Streamline pricing, logistics, and service outcomes by working closely with distribution partners.
* Attend industry trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars to represent the company and drive business growth.
* Analyse customer data and market trends to implement strategies that enhance channel performance and territory results.
* Contribute to localised sales tactics and competitive positioning within your territory.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the solar, energy, or renewables sector.
* Commercial acumen, strong relationship-building skills, and confidence representing premium solar technologies to commercial clients and channel partners.
* Experience working with or for a solar OEM, distributor, EPC, or solar retailer is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the solar energy supply chain – from manufacturer to end user.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and structured approach to territory and account management.
* Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with internal and external teams.
