Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties with the level of care and professionalism our brand is known for. Your duties will include:
End-to-End Portfolio Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, building rapport and ensuring clear, timely communication.
Inspections and Reporting:
Conduct thorough routine inspections, detailed Property Condition Reports (PCRs), and final bond inspections.
Maintenance Coordination:
Proactively manage maintenance requests, liaising with reliable tradespeople to resolve issues promptly and cost‑effectively.
Lease Administration:
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears control in strict accordance with agency policies.
Compliance:
Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure all activities adhere to the Residential Tenancies Act (WA).
Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will be organized, resilient, and customer‑focused. We are looking for:
Current Registration in Real Estate (Property Management) or Certificate IV.
Previous experience in property management is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
A minimum of 1‑2 years experience in property management is required for this position.
A solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (WA).
Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
High level of organization with an acute attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
