Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking high-volume bakery products according to standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scales and combines ingredients using power equipment to prepare various types of baked goods.
* Rolls, cuts, and shapes products.
* Dates ingredients, products, and stores for future use.
* Monitors proof-box, setting temperature, humidity, and timers.
* Operates gas-fired rack ovens, setting temperature and timers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills and attention to detail.
