 * Operate the hospital switchboard efficiently, handling all incoming and outgoing calls with accuracy.
 * Provide timely assistance to patients and staff, utilizing polite, clear, well-spoken, and calm communication.
 * Contact staff and emergency groups for code calls, ensuring seamless coordination.
 * Perform routine clerical duties as required, supporting the operational efficiency of the switchboard.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Previous experience in a high-volume call environment is highly desirable.
 * Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
 * Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team is crucial for effective collaboration.
 * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 24/7 roster, with a minimum of three shifts per week.
