We're looking for a Solution Architect Lead to elevate the architectural capability across our Property & Rating solution portfolio and drive technical excellence across high-value, multi-product projects. What you'll be doing
Responsibilities
* Define, refine, and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best-practice frameworks across the solution portfolio.
* Oversee multiple complex, high-value, multi-product projects—leading initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery.
* Shape high-quality solution design by collaborating with Solution Owners, Product Leaders, Practice Leads, Enterprise Enablement and Learning & Capability teams.
* Champion innovation by introducing emerging tools, capabilities, and design approaches that uplift the practice.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality technical standards across all solution designs and deliveries.
Lead and Grow a High-Performing Architecture Team
* Mentor, inspire and lead Solution Architects to deliver excellence aligned to organisational culture and values.
* Allocate architectural resources effectively to balance customer needs with team wellbeing.
* Build a "Can Do Culture" that encourages creativity, accountability and ambitious problem solving.
* Support professional development and career progression pathways for architects.
Collaboration
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Solutions, Product, Delivery, Industry and Sales.

You'll thrive in this role if you bring a rare blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, customer empathy and leadership capability. Requirements include:
* Extensive experience in solution architecture within consulting or professional services.
* Deep knowledge of the Property & Rating domain, including solution delivery in Council or TechnologyOne environments.
* Proven leadership experience in guiding architecture teams and overseeing technical governance.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
* Demonstrated capability in designing and continually improving largescale, complex or mission-critical solutions.
