Case Manager Role
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting families and improving safety and connectedness with local community services.
The Early Intervention & Family Support (EIFS) programs work alongside parents and family carers who have children in their care to improve safety and connectedness with local community services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide initial screening and assessment for families.
* Develop family case plans and identify barriers to success.
* Offer practical, in-home support for carers and oversee case management activity.
* Provide parenting and trauma information for carers and specific supports for children.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in human services or equivalent experience and skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide effective case management.
* Experience in working with traumatised and vulnerable children, young people, and families.
Benefits:
* Hourly rate of $51 to $53.31.
