Job Description
As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ambition to strengthen the building and construction industry. You will be responsible for ensuring services meet quality expectations of clients.
You will produce high-quality tender documentation, prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and project trade packages. You will also provide supervisory services related to delivery of maintenance contracts, construction, maintenance, and upgrade work.
You will coordinate and undertake delivery of high-quality condition assessment services, including inspections/surveys of building elements and construction materials. You will maintain a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with current human resource practices and principles.
