We are currently hiring for the following position:
Decorator/Customer Service
Experience with buttercream, piping, and cake finishing is highly regarded
Robust attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
Must be able to work efficiently under time pressure while maintaining high standards
A creative flair is welcome, but consistency and precision are key
A warm, professional manner and excellent communication skills
Confidence in managing customer enquiries, taking orders, and handling payments
Ability to stay calm and friendly during busy periods
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Weekend availability is essential, these are some our busiest trading days, and we require strong support during this time.
Weekday shifts are also required, however we are flexible on which days depending on your availability.
Working hours fall between 8:00am and 5:30pm. The total number of hours worked per week is flexible and will be determined based on your experience, availability, and the needs of the business.
