We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Training Specialist to create and deliver high-quality training programs for our technicians across all branches.
* Create instructional materials for equipment repair, maintenance, and operation
* Develop educational curricula for effective equipment operation and repair
* Deliver training as an expert
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with supervisors to determine technician development paths and schedules
2. Schedule training sessions and communicate course information clearly
3. Evaluate student competence and document scores and attendance
About You:
* Strong blend of technical expertise and training experience
* Heavy-duty certification and/or previous training experience
* Status as a Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain it
