Overview
Step into a key leadership role on one of North Queensland's most critical rebuild projects — starting immediately. We're chasing a strong, hands-on Supervisor to lead crews on the disaster recovery works on the Kuranda Range after damage caused by Cyclone Jasper.
This is a high-impact role offering $52.50/hr + penalty rates, working on a fast-moving project where your leadership will directly drive progress. What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading from the front across active civil works
2. Managing crews and subcontractors to hit targets
3. Driving productivity while maintaining strict safety standards
4. Coordinating daily site operations across multiple scopes
5. Working closely with crew to meet tight deadlines
What You'll Bring
6. Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor
7. Strong track record managing teams and subcontractors on-site
8. Ability to perform under pressure and make decisions on the go
9. Solid work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
10. Availability to work 6 days per week, including night shifts
11. White Card (essential)
12. Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
13. Additional civil tickets highly desirable
