The Role
Location: Melbourne
We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in‐office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.
* Spearhead Tech Innovation:Lead the charge by rolling out our game‐changing WPP Open technology stack, driving adoption and transforming how our teams work.
* Be the Engine of Efficiency & Governance:Mastermind our operational strategy, refining processes to boost efficiency, and work closely with the NAB governance team to ensure flawless media, investment, and contract compliance.
* Champion Change:Drive exciting change management programmes, introducing new automation projects and inspiring teams to embrace smarter, more effective ways of working.
* Elevate the Client Experience:Enhance satisfaction for one of Australia's biggest brands by ensuring seamless delivery, managing key performance indicators, and improving operational workflows.
* Lead and Inspire:Act as the operational leader for the client team, supporting them with new ways of working and becoming the go‐to for solving complex challenges.
Ideal Skills and Experience
This role is perfect for a trailblazer who is a unique blend of media guru, transformation agent, and people person, ready to solve problems from a blank canvas. We're also looking for;
* Media Agency Veteran: You have multiple years of experience within a media agency, with a deep understanding of client teams, campaign processes, planning, and trading.
* Process & Project Pro: You thrive on managing projects and have a genuine love for process optimisation, using your keen eye for detail to turn a strategic vision into a flawless, actionable plan.
* Tech Enthusiast: You're passionate about technology's role in business and are keen to get hands‐on with our unique tech stack to drive automation and innovation.
* Master Communicator: You excel at stakeholder management and can confidently collaborate with internal teams, global partners, and key clients to achieve outstanding results.
