Who You Are:
* An energetic and enthusiastic leader (with proven people management experience) who can juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
* Experience in hospitality, facilities management, senior living or property management sectors, highly regarded.
* Experienced in operational management, with strong organisational, consultative and negotiation skills.
* Have excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications).
* Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace.
* Customer-centric, always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents first.
* A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.
* Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniors.
The successful candidate will also have or be willing to complete their First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver's license with own transport.
