**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership by building and engaging team members to meet performance management objectives.
- Offer business support and resolution of technical problems related to the Share

Point environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Administer Share

Point Online services and configure out-of-the-box capabilities for document management, collaboration, workflow, and search functions.
- Manage the Share

Point platform to ensure system health, including configuration, installation, and monitoring of Share

Point features and tools.
- Design and develop Comcare's Share

Point Architecture and Digital Platforms.
- Stay up to date with Share

Point developments and perform version updates and upgrades.
- Manage the Microsoft Azure Platform and associated integrations.
- Provide knowledge and advice on Share

Point Online and Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Platform functionality to business users.
- Multitask projects with varying complexity and maintain a focus on quality to achieve key outcomes.
- Continually assess the Share

Point environments against industry best practices and trends.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Share

Point administrator.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL Server, Power BI, Power

Shell, and Office 365.
- Proficiency in Share

Point tools, workflows, and Share

Point forms for tasks.

**Job Specific Capabilities**:

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft enterprise software, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services.
- Experience integrating Share

Point with other technologies such as relational databases, data warehousing and business intelligence systems, records management systems, and workflow engines.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead technical teams and negotiate with influence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to adhere to agreed standards and best practices for system development lifecycle management, architecture and design, project management, and change management.
