Base pay range


A$80,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr

Our Health And Human Services Practice Is Rapidly Growing, And We Are Seeking Candidates At Senior Consultant Level With 3 To 5 Years Of Professional Experience In The Health And/or Aged Care Sector With The Following Capabilities:

What You'll Do


As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of health and aged care. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference. This could include:

* Take on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
* Work on client site to execute project and change management initiatives. You'll lead workshops, deliver training sessions, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
* Play an active role in business development activities, crafting compelling proposals and thought leadership pieces, and contributing to case studies that highlight our industry expertise. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.

Qualifications & Experience


1-3 years of relevant experience. You have preferably worked in a consulting or a professional services firm, with clients in the health, aged care, social services, disability or mental health industry; or you may be looking for a change from an operational or project role within the health sector.

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
* Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
* Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
* An ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
* Project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements are required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
* Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) favoured but not essential.
* Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
