Shanay Group Pty Ltd trading as Curry Cravings is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety.

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with menu requirements and established recipes
* Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all food items
* Assisting in the planning and preparation of menus, including contributing to new dish development
* Portioning food, preparing ingredients, and supporting efficient kitchen operations
* Monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation and cooking
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with Australian regulations
* Managing stock levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients
* Ensuring kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained
* Working collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
* Assisting in minimising food wastage and maintaining cost control measures
Skills and Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field OR equivalent industry experience.
* Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
