**Breezway** is an Australian company that manufactures and markets awarding-winning Louvre Window products all around the world. We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Consultant **at our Coorparoo office.
**About the Opportunity**
You will also:
- Answer customer enquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Process orders and other related administrative and data entry tasks
- Liaise with other internal departments to help answer customer queries
- Achieve individual key performance indicators
- Work effectively as part of a high-performing team
We will of course provide you with all the training you need so that you feel confident in assisting our customers.
**About You**
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who have well-developed communication skills and a commitment to providing great customer care. You will need to be able to prioritise and accurately complete administrative and data entry tasks in a busy environment.
You will also have:
- Previous experience of helping customers in a retail or customer service role
- Excellent computer/data entry skills
- Superior telephone skills (ability to build rapport)
- A real passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Initiative and problem solving skills
**About the Benefits**
This is a permanent, full time role, working Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends..!)
