About The Role
We are looking for a grounds person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This hands-on role based requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
* Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching.
* Operate hand tools such as hedgers, blowers and whipper snippers and petrol gear such as push mowers and ride on plant equipment safely and effectively.
* Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
* Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

About You
* Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field will be highly regarded.
* This role can be physically demanding and you must have the ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods.
* You have a current drivers licence (MR Licence desirable)
* You have a current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
* You have a current Working with Children's check or willingness to obtain
