About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Biosecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Public Health Unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of an integrated and effective service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration or management in a health field, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
* Proven experience with leadership at a senior management level in a large and complex organisation.
* A thorough understanding of healthcare provision and management to improve health outcomes for service consumers.
* Strong capability in managing human resources, finance, administration, and public health services with strategic planning and evaluation skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Negotiation, decision-making, and influencing skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
