By bringing extraordinary brands together, we foster meaningful collaborations.WHAT IS THE ROLE AND WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You will lead a team of Planners supporting our Client Service/Sales teams with demand planning and forecasting, ensuring stock levels align with forecasts and consumption. You will own warehouse and distribution setup, manage relationships, stock management, and resolve discrepancies.We seek someone with extensive experience managing inventory/planning teams and warehouse relationships. You should demonstrate experience in improving warehouse management and inventory systems. A strong managerial approach that motivates and empowers your team is essential.Your responsibilities include:Supporting demand planning and forecasting by gathering forecasts from client service teams.Ensuring stock levels match forecasts, monitoring transit stock, managing stocktakes, and resolving discrepancies, including negotiating credits for lost or damaged stock.Implementing cost-saving and efficiency activities, managing consumption data, flagging forecast misalignments, managing expiring stock, and coordinating credits with warehouses.You will also source, set up, and manage warehouse relationships, ensuring KPIs are met.
