About the role This is a rare opportunity for a commercial property professional to take ownership of a small, high‑quality commercial portfolio while playing a key role in asset management strategy and buyers agency work. This is not a high‑volume property management position - it is designed for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, adding value and working closely with sophisticated clients. Responsibilities Manage a small commercial property portfolio, including leases, tenant relationships, capex and client reporting Prepare annual asset management plans and present strategic recommendations to clients Source on‑ and off‑market acquisition opportunities and manage the buyers agency process end‑to‑end Conduct due diligence, feasibility analysis and negotiate commercial property acquisitions Collaborate closely with the wider team on portfolio reviews and continuous improvement initiatives About you To be successful in this role, you will have: 3-5 years' experience in commercial property (asset management, property management, sales, leasing or acquisitions) A strong understanding of commercial property portfolios (residential‑only backgrounds will not be suitable) A strategic mindset with the confidence to present to private investors and family offices Exposure to acquisitions, transactions, valuation or due diligence (highly regarded) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail A current real estate sales licence or registration (preferred) What's in it for you?
