About our role
We are seeking an exceptional Client Solutions Lead to join our team. This is a highly collaborative position within our Powered Client Solutions team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering market-leading solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our studios, powered and sales teams to build commercially viable campaigns. These campaigns will span our key verticals, including TV, radio, digital and print.
Key responsibilities:
* Review and interpret client briefs to gain a deep understanding of their marketing challenges.
* Successfully manage the brief to pitch process from start to finish.
* Lead brainstorms and ideation on assigned projects, fostering a culture of creativity.
* Develop holistic solutions with a compelling narrative, clear overarching idea and rationale throughout.
* Work with research experts to articulate the role of selected channels and brands.
* Collaborate with Content Partnerships teams to ensure all formats and platforms are considered.
* Support sales in providing strategic communications advice.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of relevant media experience in an integrated sales, strategy or solutions function.
* Ability to analyse client needs and develop effective commercial solutions.
* Excellent organisational skills, with strength in planning, time management and follow-through.
* Confident presentation skills.
Desirable qualifications:
* Solid understanding of marketing principles.
* Strong relationship building skills across various areas of business/seniority, both internal and external.
