Join our Waste Services team supporting essential waste management operations across the Cassowary Coast. This role assists with waste data reporting, compliance activities and administration, while also operating transfer station gatehouses and weighbridges and providing customer service to facility users.

About the Role
* Provide administrative support to the Waste and Resource Recovery team to assist with the efficient delivery of services.
* Provide advice, education and assistance to customers regarding waste services and processes.
* Reconcile waste-related charges and accounts, ensuring alignment with relevant policies and procedures.
* Manage customer requests, correspondence and financial reporting while identifying timely solutions to operational challenges.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in customer service and administration, including preparing basic reports
* Experience with cash handling, reconciliations and customer accounts
* Confidence using business systems and software applications
* Interest in landfill environmental management and improving waste outcomes on the Cassowary Coast
* 'C' Class Driver's Licence
