Key Responsibilities
* Chefs: Prepare high-quality food dishes according to menu specifications and maintain a clean kitchen environment
* Waitstaff: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages
* Food & Beverage Attendants / Runners: Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Front of House Staff: Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, handling reservations, and overseeing staff
* Ushers: Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and provide general support to front-of-house staff
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Commercial Cookery Certification (preferred for chefs)
* Relevant hospitality certifications (advantageous)
* A polished professional appearance and strong hygiene standards
* Flexibility to work on short notice and across varied shifts
* Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
