We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to partner with our teams for success and champion respectful workplaces.
* This is a permanent Full-Time FIFO role from Perth, offered on 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Championing respectful workplaces and multi-asset collaboration.
* Providing expert coaching and advisory services to leaders and employees.
* Leading key HR initiatives with strategic alignment and clear communication.
* Driving onboarding, development planning, D&I, and wellness programs.
* Delivering accurate and insightful People & Engagement reports.
* Promoting diversity, inclusion, and performance-based results.
* Ensuring HR practices meet legislative and organizational standards.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or IR/ER.
* Manual driver's license.
* Coaching, mentoring, and building strong workplace relationships.
* Employment legislation, investigations, and HR case management.
* Collaborative team member with positive, can-do attitude.
Our Ideal Candidate: A tertiary qualified professional with experience in human resources, psychology or industrial relations. They will possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
