About the Role
We're looking for a
confident, passionate, and experienced Stock Controller/Pharmacy Assistant
to join our
Dedicated to Care
team. This is a
full-time position (Monday–Friday)
with
no late nights
, offering the perfect balance of responsibility and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Primary focus:
Stock Controller duties
Order, maintain, and replenish stock across two pharmacies
Monitor performance, rebates, and ensure stock levels meet agreed budgets
Comply with QCPP standards and SKU weight requirements
Assist front-of-shop as a Pharmacy Assistant when required
What We're Looking For
Minimum
1 year of Community Pharmacy experience
Strong attention to detail and an eye for merchandising
Excellent administration and computer literacy skills
Experience with
Minfos stock monitoring software
Great communication skills and a positive team attitude
Must have the
right to live and work in Australia
