We're on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of our supply chain operations. This is a hands-on, career-building opportunity where you'll work alongside an experienced and passionate team, contributing to everything from order fulfilment to stock management and supplier coordination.
What You'll Deliver
* Support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers across wholesale, eCommerce and retail (including Amazon, David Jones, Terry White).
* Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and product movement using our supply chain management system (Cin7 Core).
* Liaise with 3PLs, freight partners, and internal teams to track orders, troubleshoot issues, and improve delivery outcomes.
* Assist in the coordination of new product launches, ensuring stock availability and timeline alignment.
* Monitor and maintain data accuracy across purchase orders, SKUs and supplier details.
* Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance the customer experience.
Your Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
* 1–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain in a beauty or retail environment
* Familiarity with Excel and inventory systems or order management software (Cin7 Core experience is a plus),
* Experience managing co-manufacturing & BOM development processes
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for teamwork, problem solving and continuous improvement.
* Solid attention to detail and time management skills.
