The Role

As Store Manager Assistant at ALDI, you will be in charge of daily operations, driving sales, and inspiring your team to excel.

You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar business. From motivating team members to rostering and reporting, you will be part of an exceptional team that delivers efficient service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop future leaders by training and coaching team members.
* Maintain store appearance and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
* Manage stock effectively, keeping an eye on inventory, and minimizing losses.
* Collaborate with the team on customer service, shelf stocking, and merchandising special buys.
* Identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure smooth store operations to keep customers satisfied.
* Step up to run the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:

* Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
* Excellent communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers.
* Passion and skills for motivating, training, and encouraging team members.
* Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store results.
* A professional approach to every situation.
* Capacity to work independently and oversee the execution of policies and procedures.
