Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. This role provides critical support services to our campus leadership, teaching staff, students, and the broader school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Front desk reception and secretarial duties will be your primary responsibility
* You will provide administrative support to teachers and support staff in various capacities
* Teacher relief support and general parent enquiries will also fall under your purview
* Student enrolment process management is an essential aspect of this role
Requirements
* A background in school administration or equivalent customer support/administration experience with data entry skills is necessary
* Strong communication skills, a positive work attitude, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required
