You will follow the agreed project delivery methods and people engagement practices, ensuring quality by monitoring progress, reporting, tracking, and managing risks.This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).ABOUT YOUProven experience as an ER practitioner in a complex commercial organization, preferably across multiple jurisdictions, with complex clients, advice, and employment arrangements.Experience in payroll wage compliance initiatives to ensure employee entitlements are compliant with industrial instruments.Experience in project and change management, including working with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Experience working in an agile environment, exercising good judgment with incomplete information.Strategic and pragmatic mindset—able to anticipate issues and actively resolve them.Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.Proven ability to stay updated on external changes and translate them into internal improvements.Please discuss with your manager before applying.Applications close Wednesday, 21 May 2025.ABOUT USIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
