How you will make an Impact The Enrolled Nurse (EN) is a member of the clinical team who assists to deliver quality care tailored to the needs and preferences of the residents.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role are: · Provide quality resident care in accordance with the resident's preferences and care needs.
· Administer and document consumer medications and prescribed treatment accurately.
· Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and relatives.
· Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve identified health outcomes.
· Plan and evaluate nursing care in consultation with the multidisciplinary health care team and consumers using effective interpersonal communication.
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the clinical management record ensuring the data is accurate and complete utilising the clinical documentation system · Assisting residents with behaviours of concern, by participation in the development and implementation of an individually tailored management plan and supporting care staff.

Requirements: Enrolled Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum two (2) years' experience in Residential Aged Care Current NDIS Workers Screening Check Current Covid-19 Vaccinations (highly recommended) Demonstrated clinical knowledge and relevant experience.
