About the role
Mineral Springs Hotel is seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. This part-time role will see you working closely with our kitchen team to help prepare and deliver high-quality meals for our hotel guests and restaurant patrons. Based in the picturesque Hepburn Springs, VIC, you will be part of a dynamic hospitality team committed to providing an exceptional dining experience.
What you'll be doing
* Assist in all food preparation, cooking and presentation tasks
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service requirements
* Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work station
* Provide high-quality customer service to hotel guests and restaurant patrons

* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
