Scientific Affairs Manager
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry, who possess excellent communication and project management skills. As a Scientific Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Research & Innovation Director in managing scientific affairs for the China CBEC business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervise and implement scientific affairs support across the full life cycle of human nutrition portfolio, focusing on the China CBEC channel.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders from China, ANZ, and global teams to drive technical product innovation.
* Generate scientifically accurate and clinically relevant review documentation to support product development, efficacy, and claims.
* Drive opportunities for new and scientifically differentiated innovation in the China market and globally.
Requirements
* A postgraduate qualification (PhD or Masters) in pharmaceutical, medical, nutritional, or health sciences.
* >5 years' experience in complementary medicines, nutrition or food industries, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments.
* Experience supervising and developing new products or formulations from concept to launch preferably in the FMCG space.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate research publications and design compliant products.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
